Emerson has an appealing opportunity for you we are looking for a Technical Sales Representative to join our team.
Based in Cluj Napoca you will provide best technical support about Fluid Automation Products & Solutions to Customers Sales Representatives Business partners and Intermediaries; guarantee a positive Customer Experience managing speedy and knowledgeable responses that solve their problems; applying Company policies.

In this Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Handle technical enquiries and quotations for entire portfolio: Precision Fluid Control Industrial Automation Factory Automation &AFAG
- Create send and track offers (quotations) based on customer request (Input from field sales Sales Force mail request portal request) with an indication of price delivery time and availability within Delegation of Authority
- Provide support to customers related to solutions and products installed in the field; provide competitor product crossreferences;
- Provide internal feedback regarding customer concerns by gathering and analyzing the broad source of information collected through Customer interactions
- Detect anomalies and report them; contributes to continuous improvement
- Constantly maintain and develop full knowledge of product portfolio; keep update on new products and portfolio evolution: product range evolutions new products introduction obsolescence replacement products
- Directly train and support the Customer Support employees of Customer Service to improve product and application knowledge
- Ensure that any activity task and responsibility as well as all transactions are managed and performed in full compliance with the Company ITC certification program and with the Quality and Environmental Management System
- University background or degree in a technical field or equivalent or relevant experience within the industry
- Proficiency in English language (verbal and written)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel Work and PowerPoint)
- Specific knowledge about Precision Fluid Control Handling and Feeding Controls and Software
- Minimum of 1 year working experience in a technical/ customer facing role
- Knowledge in SAP and/or Salesforce
