Were seeking an experienced Data Analytics Leader to join our team and lead our data analytics efforts. In this role youll be responsible for developing and implementing datadriven strategies to support key business objectives. Youll lead a team of data analysts and work crossfunctionally to provide actionable insights that drive decisionmaking across the organization.
About the role
Develop and execute the data analytics strategy to support the companys overall business goals
Lead a team of data analysts providing coaching mentorship and performance management
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify key data and analytics needs
Design and implement data models dashboards and reports to deliver meaningful insights
Leverage data visualization tools such as Power BI to present complex data in a clear and compelling way
Stay uptodate with the latest data analytics trends and technologies and recommend improvements to our data infrastructure including AWS and Redshift
Ensure data quality integrity and security standards are maintained
Communicate findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear and concise manner
Assist and crafting and tracking A/B tests to help maximize conversion in our end to end funnel
About you
Bachelors degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics Mathematics Computer Science or a related discipline
5 years of experience in data analyticswith at least 23 years in a leadership or managerial role (preferred)
Proficient in SQL Python R or other data analysis tools
Handson experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI Tableau Amplitude
Familiarity with cloudbased data platforms such as AWS and Redshift
Strong problemsolving and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to nontechnical stakeholders
Experience working in a fastpaced collaborative environment
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles
Experience working with Web Analytics and measuring success of Product releases and updates
