The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company seeks a Product Security Analyst Red Team Operations to support the Enterprise Product Security Engineering Aerospace Red Team. The position will be located in Seattle WA; Colorado Springs CO; El Segundo CA; Kennedy Space Center FL; Mesa AZ; or San Antonio TX.
The selected applicant will be a core member in the establishment and deployment of an enterprise offensive cyber test capability. Focused on the planning and of red team campaigns security assessments (e.g. risk assessments vulnerability assessments and penetration tests) and incident response events.
The successful candidate will be joining a growing BT&E Product Security Engineering Capability responsible for the cyber test and evaluation of enterprisewide products and services. The candidate will be a key member working with Product Security Engineers from across the Boeing Enterprise jointly developing best practices techniques and tools to enable the delivery of secure and resilient products and services.
BT&E is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Senior and Lead level Product Security Analysts.
This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Position Responsibilities Include:
- Lead the planning and cyber events and red team/adversary campaigns
- Update and mature red team program plans
- Design and drive the development of new tactics techniques and procedures
- Represent Red Team in engagements with Boeing government suppliers and customer leadership.
- Develop and mature enterprise Cyber T&E best practices and solutions
- Participate in enterprisewide security assessments to include risk vulnerability and penetration tests
- Support incident response activities
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 5 years of experience working with and building crossfunctional teams and partnerships with multiple stakeholders within the company engineering and test
- 5 years of experience working with stakeholders to integrate plan and execute cyber test events
- 5 years of experience managing or leading people or teams
- 5 years of experience with participating in Incident Response and/or Vulnerability Management activities including planning assessment and mitigation
- 5 years of experience executing penetration tests and/or vulnerability assessments on avionics
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 10 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience building and standing up cyber functions (e.g. Penetration Test Teams Incident Response Teams)
- Experience authoring processes and procedures
