Job Description
Payne Auto Group is a leading auto group known for its commitment to excellence in vehicle service customer service and community involvement. We are currently seeking a Lot Porter to join our team and ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
As a Lot Porter at Payne Auto Group you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our vehicles in showroom are meticulously inspected cleaned and presented to our customers in pristine condition. Your attention to detail and commitment to maintaining our quality standards will be essential in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Driving picking up and dropping off vehicles to and from Payne Preowned McColl
- Remove any imperfections dirt or debris from the cars using appropriate cleaning techniques and tools.
- Housekeeping and custodial duties
- Maintain a clean and organized dealership to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Keeping the landscaping maintained around the building
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in cleaning driving quality control or a similar role is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing highquality work.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning tools and techniques.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and techniques.
- Ability to stand bend and lift for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
