Join the team at the Cumming Global Centre for Pandemic Therapeutics as a Project Officer and play a central role in advancing critical initiatives that shape the future of pandemic preparedness. Reporting to the DirectorStrategy & Operations you will provide highlevel administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of the Centre and directly support three major initiatives: a significant faculty recruitment program a flagship fundraising initiative and a major research symposium.
In this fastpaced serviceoriented environment you will apply your strong organisational and problemsolving skills across a broad range of tasks including event coordination communications diary management financial processing contracts procurement and stakeholder engagement. Your ability to work flexibly and collaboratively will be key as you liaise with internal teams and external partners to deliver outstanding outcomes.
You will also contribute as an active member of both the Centre Secretariat and the Doherty Institute Directorate working with peers to improve and align administrative processes and strengthen collaboration across the University.

The Cumming Global Centre for Pandemic Therapeutics (CGCPT) is a missiondriven globally connected research program that will enable rapid design and development of treatments for pathogens of pandemic potential. The Centre will be the worlds preeminent facility in developing molecular platforms to help fight future pandemics. The Centre goals are ambitiousto advance the science behind therapeutics that direct target the pathogen to transform future pandemic management and to save lives.
