ABOUT NATTER

Natter harnesses the power of AI and video to give everyone a voice.

Built by a team of exUber WeWork and Amazon builders Natter has selectively hired a team of exited founders specialist domain experts and SaaS unicorn founding team members.

Natter is already being used by some of the worlds largest companies ranging from big four consultancies like Deloitte institutional financial services providers like Legal and General to technology innovators like Miro.

Natters conversational AI platform allows tens of thousands of users to simultaneously share ideas and feedback through realtime video conversations. Its uniquely scalable tech allows anyone with a smartphone to literally have a say on the most important decisions ranging from workplace strategy to new product offerings.

THE ROLE

As Founders Associate you will work directly with Natters cofounders on a wide range of highimpact projects across strategy growth research and customer development.

This is an intentionally broad highexpectation role suited to someone energised by building processes from scratch and taking ownership across functions. The ideal candidate will have the motivation and ability to take on new challenges define a playbook hire and scale orgs that are built from scratch.

You will be:

  • Working directly with the CEO and founding team across strategy operations customer development and clientfacing workstreams.

  • Owning clientfacing work by building and maintaining strong personal relationships with senior executives across our Enterprise customers organisations.

  • Presenting data insights managing meeting prep/followup and creating materials for CSuite and Board audiences.

  • Collaborating crossfunctionally across Product Research Ops Customer Success to unblock challenges and maintain executional momentum.

  • Jumping in wherever needed to solve unknown unknowns solving problems that fall between teams and moving fast on things that dont yet have an owner.

  • Supporting and scaling our most important partnerships by defining repeatable processes.

  • Playing a foundational role in defining how we scale shaping the playbook testing new approaches and eventually helping to hire and grow new teams.

EXPERIENCE

The successful candidate will have an extremely strong academic background and a proven track record working successfully with CSuite executives executing data analysis and presenting professionally to clients.

You might be a good fit if you have:

  • 24 years of experience in a highperformance environment (consulting VC/PE investment banking or partner/client development and management).

  • A strong academic background with a demonstrated ability to absorb and communicate complex ideas (e.g. academic publications written projects researchbased achievements).

  • Exceptional communication skills. Youre confident with CSuite execs and can steer highstakes conversations with care and clarity including the ability to adapt to changing dynamics in a meeting/call.

  • A high sense of ownership and bias for action. You have a proactive mindset and are comfortable working crossculturally with international teams and clients.

  • Proven ability to think creatively and strategically on nuanced challenges both independently and effectively within a team.
