- Permanent Full Timerole located in Wangaratta
- Your shifts will be 76/76 fortnightly splits
- You will assist in supporting 5 of our customers with their daily activities and goals through a personcentred approach
- Have experience within disability sector including experience dealing with behaviours of concern
- Be an effective communicator with proven experience in managing a diverse team in the community sector
- Enjoy change and work well in leading a team through an everchanging environment
- An Advanced Diploma of Disability or equivalence is required for this role

We act bravely
To be successful in this role you must have or be willing to obtain:
- Advanced Diploma in Community Sector Management
- NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Childrens Check (Employee)
- Current Level 2 First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Valid Australian Working Rights and an International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one 1 year within the last ten years
