LIXIL Global Design the awardwinning inhouse design team for LIXIL a global leader in the bath kitchen and housing technology industry with studios in some of the most cosmopolitan and culturally diverse cities in the world such as Tokyo London Singapore Shanghai Dsseldorf and New York is looking to expand its team in LondonRichmond beside the river Thames.
LIXIL Global Design is looking for a motivated and creative third year Social Media/Communications Intern to help enhance our social media presence and support in driving and executing our overall internal and external communications strategy. This role is based in London and will report directly to the Chief Design and Brand Identity Officer working within a creative environment with the global design and brand identity teams.
As a third year Social Media/Communications Intern for LIXIL Global Design your key responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Social Media Strategy: Assist in developing and executing our social media and communications strategy across various platforms.
- Content Creation: Help create and curate engaging content including text images infographics and videos.
- Campaign Assistance: Participate in planning and executing social media campaigns including competitions and assist in postcampaign analysis.
- Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with our brand guidelines and tone of voice.
- Build Relationships: Collaborate with our design and brand identity team and work with other departments.
- Community Engagement: Help manage our online community by responding to comments and messages primarily on Instagram.
- Analyze Metrics: Assist in tracking social media performance and preparing reports based on key metrics.
- Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest trends and changes in social media.
- Support Influencer Collaborations: Help identify and engage with influencers to enhance our brands reach.
- Content Calendar Management: Assist in maintaining a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent posts.
