Are you ready to take your technical expertise to the next level and expand your knowledge across a variety of products We have an exciting opportunity for you to grow your career within our dynamic Multinational Claims team where youll be at the forefront of cradletograve claims handling across multiple lines of business.
Your new role
In this role youll take ownership of a dedicated caseload of UK claims for a diverse portfolio of Multinational customers with claims values up to 500000. As part of a collaborative and empowering environment youll efficiently manage these claims while partnering with colleagues and stakeholders around the globe. Youll also have oversight and authority over claims managed by our network of local offices internationally.
Main Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage UK claims from start to settlement prioritising new and ongoing work
Proactively assess liability and indemnity for all claims
Deliver exceptional service to customers ensuring fair and timely settlements
Oversee overseas claims under the Master policy providing decisionmaking authority as needed
Support claims handling for international cases outside local network authority
Prepare adhoc claims reports for stakeholders when required
Manage a portfolio of major multinational customers ensuring strong customer oversight
Be part of a toptier claims team focused on quality service and support
Mentor and coach junior staff
About You

Skills youll need:
Experience in handling cradletograve claims within commercial lines. This could include experience with Employers Liability (EL) Public Liability (PL) Marine complex personal injury claims Financial and Speciality Markets (FSM) or commercial property claims.
A desire to expand your knowledge to deal with multiple lines of business full training can be provided.
Previous experience in a multinational insurance environment is preferred but again full training will be offered if needed.
Good investigation and negotiation skills along with solid analytical abilities.
Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
Wellorganised with the ability to manage workload effectively
Comfortable with handling data creating reports and proficient in MS Office applications (Word Excel).
