Job Title: AR & Collections Accounting Coordinator
Location: Hybrid to Chicago Warehouse 317 N Francisco Unit 2 Chicago ILdays in office per week starting increase to 34 per week upon completion of new office construction)
Overview:
Pioneer Aero Supply a leading supplier in the aerospace industry is seeking a proactive and detailoriented Accounts Administrator with a strong background in Accounts Receivable (AR) Collections and Accounts Payable (AP) to join our dynamic finance team.
In this role youll take the lead on AR and collections activities ensuring timely payments maintaining accurate credit records and helping to optimize cash flow across our global customer base. Youll also support broader finance operations including vendor management reconciliations and process automation.
Note: Candidates selected to move forward in the process will be asked to complete a short skills assessment related to AR and collections.
