As the Senior Manager of Brand & Product Learning youll play a vital role in shaping how our teams and customers understand and engage with our products and brands. This highly collaborative role leads the strategy and of impactful learning programs that equip Sales Marketing Customers and Owners with the knowledge and tools they need to drive results.
This role is an exciting opportunity to create modern scalable learning experiences that support our business priorities especially as we evolve through a Sales Transformation journey. Youll partner with crossfunctional leaders manage content development and deliver innovative training solutions that make a difference.

How Youll Create Possibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategy design and of comprehensive learning programs for brand and product education. Create engaging and scalable training tools that support business growth.
  • Partner with senior leaders across Sales Marketing Engineering and Product to understand training needs and recommend effective solutions aligned with our New Product Introduction (NPI) process.
  • Use your product knowledge to foster collaboration and spark creative training ideas. Host live virtual sessions each quarter to enhance engagement with key teams.
  • Oversee timelines resources and communications to ensure delivery of launchready training materials. Continuously improve content based on feedback performance data and emerging trends.
  • Guide and inspire creative development teamsincluding elearning designers and videographersto produce highquality content across multiple formats including instructorled training digital modules print video CEUs and more.
  • Champion innovation in training through initiatives such as brand certifications quarterly programs and flagship learning events.
  • Develop customer training toolkits and scalable learning solutions in partnership with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Identify process improvements to streamline curriculum development strengthen the NPI workflow and enhance project efficiency.
  • Conduct postlaunch reviews to identify learning gaps refresh content and leverage new technologies.
  • Facilitate inperson and virtual training sessions as needed.
  • Travel approximately 510 for major training events and business needs.

What Youll Bring to Our Team

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university
  • 7 years of relevant experience in curriculum development or instructional design
  • Strong communication skillsverbal written and presentation
  • Proven experience managing crossfunctional projects
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint design
  • Familiarity with elearning development tools such as Articulate
  • Ability to collaborate effectively influence across teams and proactively solve problems

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in appliance industry training sales or marketing
  • Organized and proactive with a strong sense of ownership
  • Flexible and resourceful with a solutionoriented mindset
  • Enthusiasm for continuous learning and applying trends in adult learning
