Position & Requirements
Missions:
- Responsable de la distribution clientle intermdie Franaise et Mongasque (banques / prives assurances multigrants slectionneurs de fonds family offices plateformes)
- Transversal coverage for both France & Monaco of French & Global institutions in collaboration with the international teams Couverture France et Monaco des institutions franaises et globales et ce en coordination avec les quipes internationales
- Assurer et atteindre des objectifs quantitatifs commerciaux annuels au niveau individuel et au niveau de lquipe (Wholesale France et EMEA)
- Entreprendre des dmarches de prospection et le dveloppement de la clientle wholesale en France et Monaco
- Participer llaboration des plans stratgiques commerciaux et marketing et rflexions sur le positionnement tactique des produits sur la France et la zone EMEA
- tre lcoute de lactualit du march des clients et des instances de place afin davoir une bonne connaissance des directives rglementaires de march et ainsi den assurer leurs implmentations et leurs excutions
- Dvelopper et approfondir le leadership de Robeco en terme dinvestissement durable et tre moteur pour implmenter les diffrentes directives locales sur ce sujet
- Dvelopper une bonne analyse et une excellente veille concurrentielle du march sur nos expertises dinvestissement et tre force de proposition afin dagir proactivement auprs des clients et de leurs besoins
- Sassurer de la bonne conformit des relations existantes mais galement nouvelles (Know Your Customer / Know Your Distributor)
- Sassurer du suivi et de la qualit des donnes dans loutil CRM pour un monitoring exact de lactivit
- Gestion de projets transversaux en interne et externe.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the distribution to French and Monegasque intermediary clients (banks / private insurance multimanagers fund selectors family offices platforms)

- Ensuring and achieving annual quantitative sales targets at individual and team level (Wholesale France and EMEA)
- Undertake prospecting and development of wholesale clients in France and Monaco
- Participate in the development of strategic sales and marketing plans and reflections on the tactical positioning of products in France and the EMEA zone
- Be aware of current events the market clients and market authorities in order to have a good knowledge of the regulatory directives of the market and thus ensure their implementation and
- Develop and deepen Robecos leadership in sustainable investing and drive the implementation of local sustainability guidelines
- Develop a good analysis and competitive intelligence of the market on our investment expertise and be proactive in addressing clients and their needs
- Ensure the compliance of existing and new relationships (Know Your Customer / Know Your Distributor)
- Ensure the followup and quality of data in the CRM tool for accurate monitoring of the activity
- Management of internal and external crossfunctional projects.
Profil:
- Vous avez plus de 78 ans dexprience dans le secteur avec une exprience confirme dans un rle commercial similaire
- Trs bonne connaissance du secteur franais de la gestion dactifs de la clientle (y compris les structures des grands groupes) et des aspects rglementaires du march

- Vous parlez couramment langlais (oral et crit)
Profile:
- Senior professional individual with more than 78 years of industry experience with a proven tracking in a similar sales role
- Very good knowledge of the French asset management industry the clients (including larger groups structures) and the regulatory market aspects
- Strong appetite for / good understanding of sustainability driven strategies
- Fluent in English (speaking & writing).
