Help Wanted: FullTime Sales Receptionist for Premier New Car Dealership

Help Wanted: FullTime Sales Receptionist for Premier New Car Dealership dedicated to providing exceptional service and driving customer satisfaction.

Position: Sales Receptionist

Location: Elmsford NY

Hours: Monday through Friday 9 am to 5 pm some Saturdays 9am6pm

Mazda White Plains is a toprated dealership known for our outstanding inventory of new cars and unparalleled customer service. As we continue to grow we seek a dedicated Sales Receptionist to help us maintain our high standards and enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers with a friendly and professional demeanor setting a positive tone for their dealership experience.

Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.

Schedule appointments for test drives service visits and sales consultations.

Manage and maintain an organized reception area and waiting room.

Assist with administrative tasks such as processing paperwork handling correspondence and updating customer records.

Provide information about our vehicles promotions and services to customers.

Support the sales team by coordinating with other departments and handling customer inquiries efficiently.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with multiline phone systems.

Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

A positive attitude and a teamoriented mindset.
