Senior Strategy and Integration Specialist - Learning and Development

Position Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Vice President of Learning and Development to develop and execute strategic initiatives aligned with the functions priorities and goals

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans ensuring timely and delivery of key milestones

• Coordinate and facilitate crossfunctional meetings workshops and presentations to drive alignment and foster collaboration among stakeholders

• Support the Vice President in preparing executivelevel reports presentations and communications for internal and external audiences

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning talent and development programs recommending enhancements and adjustments

• Remain uptodate with industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in learning talent and development

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelors degree or higher

• 5 years of experience in strategy project management and/or a related role

• Experience leading a team in a formal or informal role with the ability to provide guidance mentorship and support to team members

• Experience translating data into actionable insights and recommendations

• Experience communicating and presenting with the ability to effectively convey complex information to various audiences

• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fastpaced environment

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelors degree or masters degree in Business Administration Human Resources or a related field

• Experience in Human Resources

• Experience in a Learning Talent Management or Human Resources role

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams

• Experience with project management tools data analysis software and Microsoft Office Suite
