Position Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Vice President of Learning and Development to develop and execute strategic initiatives aligned with the functions priorities and goals
Develop and implement comprehensive project plans ensuring timely and delivery of key milestones
Coordinate and facilitate crossfunctional meetings workshops and presentations to drive alignment and foster collaboration among stakeholders
Support the Vice President in preparing executivelevel reports presentations and communications for internal and external audiences
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning talent and development programs recommending enhancements and adjustments
Remain uptodate with industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in learning talent and development
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelors degree or higher
5 years of experience in strategy project management and/or a related role
Experience leading a team in a formal or informal role with the ability to provide guidance mentorship and support to team members
Experience translating data into actionable insights and recommendations
Experience communicating and presenting with the ability to effectively convey complex information to various audiences
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fastpaced environment
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelors degree or masters degree in Business Administration Human Resources or a related field
Experience in Human Resources
Experience in a Learning Talent Management or Human Resources role
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams
Experience with project management tools data analysis software and Microsoft Office Suite
