The Role You Will Play
- The Executive Director Private Credit Operations will manage daily processing functions across securities operations such as trade support trade allocation wire processing as well as daily processing activities such as draws pay downs and PIK payments.
- This role will manage complex processes across various private asset classes throughout each assets lifecycles.
- The Executive Director Private Credit Operations will streamline existing workflows to improve the flow of the teams overall processes.
- The role is entrusted to develop assist and lead in implementing new business processes and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development.

Background Profile
- Bachelors degree plus 10 years investment securities related work experience
- 5 years of Private Credit expertise
- Advanced knowledge of broad investment business practices security operation functions and related data flows
- 5 years of supervisory experience partnered with exceptional people management skills demonstrating the ability to lead mentor and develop associates
- Superior oral and written communication skills demonstrating the ability to convey business terminology that is meaningful and well received
