Job Description
Nelson Mazda is looking for a Customer ServiceRepresentativeto join our team!We are looking for candidates with a great work ethic self discipline excellent communication skills(written and verbal) ability to multitask forlongperiods of time and a high level of are looking for someone who is positive joyful and passionate about maintaining customer satisfaction!
The job duties for this position are as follows:
- Managing the follow up process
- Efficiently using CRM
- Answering phones and booking appointments
- Confirming next day appointments
- Completing daily task sheet in a timely manner
- Assign leads as they come in
- Making follow up calls to make sure our guests had an amazing experience after their recent service visit
Compensation:
- $20/hour based on experience
- 5 day work schedule (including Saturdays)
