MANAGING DIRECTOR OF CUSTOMER SUPPORT &EIS
JOB DESCRIPTION
Program Management
Upon cabin complete notification from the Comluxproduction team project ownership would transfer to you from responsible PM
o PMwould be in supporting role by request only until aircraft redelivery occurs
The accountability of validation andcertification testing would fall under this position as you have extensiveexperience with engineering and testing
o Headof Engineering would support this effort through coordination with our DOA
Entry Into Service
Upon completion of certification the ComluxWhite Glove Process would begin with you leading the team alongside QualityControl and Design departments
Comlux production would provide you with regularstatus updates to ensure successful snag rectification leading to the CustomerAcceptance phase.
You would now be the responsible party to leadthe Customer through the aircraft acceptance process including cabinwalkthroughs
Any snags that were elevated by the Customer butnot able to be rectified by the time the aircraft had to leave would be addedto a Commitment letter and tracked in our internal system.
You would be responsible to coordinate a returnvisit by the Customer to rectify any snags noted on the Commitment Letter.
Warranty
Warranty would now reside under this position
Your warranty administrator would brief you onany new or outstanding cabin issues needing dispositioned
Any determination of whether or not a warrantyclaim is approved would reside with this position.
oSupport of HoPMO if a decision on whether or nota claim is approved is always available
If a warranty claim needs some technicalingenuity proposals could be made to engineering in support of the request.
Misc.
If there are any sales opportunities thatrequire some support that the Head of PMA could not attend you would be the delegate tosupport
There shouldnt be much travel however therecould be the odd chance a warranty claim would need to be investigated onsite
With your experience feedback on new orexisting processes & procedures to benefit Comlux
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Must have at least 10 years experience working in aviation.
Completion or OEM experience preferred.
WORKENVIRONMENT:

Thelocation where this position works is in an aircraft hangar environment whichis subject to weather changes constant exposure to loud noise potentialcontact with hazardous waste material and other safety hazards such asaircraft steps interior components: divans chairs other cabinets etc.
