Job Description
Are you eager to make a difference work hard and have fun this summer Lipscomb Academy is looking for enthusiastic and responsible high school student workers to support our Summer Experience camps and activities! This is your chance to gain valuable experience earn some money and be a part of something exciting on campus.
Qualifications:
Current student at Lipscomb Academy (must be entering 9th12th grade).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work well with children in a camp setting.
A positive teamoriented attitude.
Reliability responsibility and punctuality are essential.
Previous experience with children (e.g. babysitting tutoring or volunteering) is a plus but not required.

Supervise and engage with children in a variety of versatile activities including:
Sports and Physical Activities:
Arts and Crafts:
Outdoor Adventures:
STEM/Academic Enrichment:
Ensure the safety and wellbeing of campers at all times.
Support camp leaders with planning and executing activities providing a positive experience for all participants.
Act as a positive role model for campers fostering teamwork creativity and responsibility.
