Starting at $21.70/hour with increases available for relevant experience and higher education up to $25.74!
Schedule: Wednesday 1p11p) Thursday & Friday 2p10p) and Saturday; 9am 11pm
Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Massachusetts Cathy House is located in Fitchburg MA and an serves ASD male youth ages 621 With a 1:2 staff to student ratio the emphasis is to teach coach and support our individuals to learn daily living skills coping skills and social skills while staying active and having fun.
Being an Assistant Program Manager at Devereux has its Advantages.
You will work with other dedicated professionals who share your passion for helping individuals in need. You will supervise staff run shifts assist the Program Manager with development of programming for the unit and attending Treatment Reviews as part of the milieu team. You will have opportunities to interact directly with clients as well as staff.

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Massachusetts and Rhode Island provides programs and services for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorders. Located in Fitchurg MA this position is responsible for the safety and security of all youth as assigned and provides and ensures therapeutic interventions in a compassionate and safe environment.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Drivers license required.
- Bachelors degree in Rehabilitation Counseling or related degree require
- 1 year previous experience working with individuals with psychological emotional and behavioral disorders complex posttraumatic stress disorder cooccurring mental health and substance abuse disorders and/or autism spectrum disorders required.
- One year of relevant experience in a supervisory role preferred
- Must be MAPS certified or able to obtain certification with 90 days of employment
Schedule:
- 2 weeks New Hire Orientation Monday Friday 8AM 4PM in Rutland MA
