The Royal Hotel Nundah is on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Assistant Venue Manager to join our growing team! Known for our outstanding service refreshing tap beers and classic pub favorites were busier than ever and ready to expand.

As Assistant Venue Manager youll play a crucial role in the daytoday operations of our iconic venue working closely with the Venue Manager to ensure seamless service and exceptional guest experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your leadership skills drive success and be part of a wellrespected hospitality team.

Essential requirements:
- Have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role
- Capacity to work in a team environment while leading from the front
- Experience in developing and executing operational procedures
- Extensive restaurant & bar experience
- Strong experience working in a gaming venue
- Knowledge of TAB and wagering
- Ability to train and develop staff to ensure a consistently amazing customer experience
- Ensuring policies procedures and standards are current effective and clearly communicated
- Current RSA RSG RMLV & Approved Managers license
- CLO Desirable not necessary
