Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead Technical Projects: Drive technical project activities lead customer kickoff meetings and ensure successful project from design to commissioning.
• Customer and Project Management: Participate in project risk reviews manage project budgets in term of mandays allocated to the engineering tasks and provide regular progress updates.
• Design and Documentation: Analyse customer specifications write project technical documentation and validate technical solutions with customers.
• Technical Oversight: Specify software and IEDs manage technical planning and ensure adherence to GE Vernova safety standards.
• Issue Resolution: Address technical deviations manage fault reports and support site engineers remotely or onsite.
• Testing and Commissioning: Lead Factory Acceptance Tests Site Acceptance Tests and coordinate with commissioning teams for major site milestones.
• Training and Support: Provide projectspecific training to customers support tendering and commercial teams and ensure customer satisfaction through professional project .

Required Qualifications

• Educational Background: BSc. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience: Over five years of protection and electrical design engineeringrelated experience.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of protection functions electrical scheme and cubicle design.
• Design Expertise: Proficient in designing and configuring protection relays and network studies.
• GE Substation Automation Solutions: Preferred candidates will have proven knowledge in this area.
• Travel: Ability to travel locally and globally with a valid drivers license.

• Automation and protection Systems: Indepth knowledge of automation electrical scheme detailed design of electrical protection relays (LV MV & HV) and network studies.
• Interpersonal and ProblemSolving Skills: Advanced interpersonal problemsolving and organisational skills.
• Independent and Flexible: Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment with a flexible approach to working hours.
• Communication and Teamwork: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to cooperate across departments.
