Company:
The Boeing CompanyBoeing Global Services Cabin Modifications Maintenance is seeking an Avionics Manager in Long Beach CA.
This leader is set to join the Cabin Modifications Maintenance team. The CMM provides comprehensive and uptodate passenger Modifications and Engineering Services that provide maximum lifecycle value and enable commercial airplane operators to meet the usage demands of its flight crews and passengers. Position is located in Long Beach CA.
Position Responsibilities:
- Manages employees performing business management activities in the area of Program Management
- Develops and executes integrated departmental plans policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies goals objectives
- Acquires resources for department activities provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers stakeholders peers partners and direct reports
- Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches products and processes
- Establishes Program Management Best Practices (PMBP) program goals and establishes a PMBP improvement plan
- Manages develops and motivates employees.
This position is expected to be onsite.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3 years of experience working with internal and external customers
- 5 years of experience working with government regulatory systems and organizations
- 5 years of experience with schedule and process management integration of all logistics elements customer communication as well as understanding of of program planning to ensure cost schedule and technical baseline requirements are met
- 3 years of experience working with and developing a LongRange Business Plan (LRBP)
- 3 years of experience leading through influence and partnering with crossfunctional teams on projects transactions or initiatives
- 5 years of experience collaborating with sales marketing supply chain contracts and/or operations (Engineering Production Maintenance etc.
- Bachelors degree or higher

- MBA or Masters degree
