As a Scheduling Team Lead you wont just build project schedulesyoull guide and mentor a growing team drive collaboration across departments and ensure our scheduling function is a strategic asset across Ampirical projects. Youll serve as a subject matter expert in scheduling processes contribute to proposals and lead efforts to continuously improve project efficiency and delivery.

Salary Range: $100000 $125000 based on experience and qualifications

Manage and mentor a small team of schedulers providing training and guidance on scheduling best practices
Oversee the development and maintenance of integrated resourceloaded project schedules using Primavera P6
Facilitate scheduling meetings and proactively align project timelines with internal and external stakeholders
Review and analyze schedules to identify risks monitor critical paths and drive corrective actions as needed
Support proposal efforts and system process improvements
Capture and share lessons learned to continually enhance scheduling efficiency and team performance
Experienced: 8 years of planning/scheduling experience ideally in EPC environments
Educated: Bachelors degree in a related field preferred
TechSavvy: Strong in Primavera P6 Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel; certifications like PMISP or Primavera preferred
IndustryAware: Utility or power sector experience strongly preferred
Communicative: Able to collaborate across teams vendors and clients with clarity and confidence
LeadershipReady: Comfortable leading others setting the tone for high standards and accountability
