Job Description
Basic Qualifications and Required Skills
- Bachelors degree in physics or electrical engineering or related technical field with a minimum of 3 years of engineering experience
- Experience working in Laboratory environment
- Knowledge of Optical Systems (cameras telescopes detectors) is a plus
- Electrical circuit troubleshooting skills is a plus
- Good communication skills and team player
- Strong skills
- Excellent written verbal and presentation skills
Desired Skills and Experience
ElectroOptical Systems Testing and in the following:
- Requirements Verification Methods and Processes (flow down of requirements into test methods and procedures) Test Plan Test Procedure and Test Report development
- Hands on Integration and Testing activities (System operation System Calibration Data taking troubleshooting fault analysis)
- Knowledge of Optical Systems detectors cameras telescopes including Visible and Infrared wavelengths
- Optical Systems measurements and data processing including Optical MTF Detector Noise Optical Boresight measurements Optical Field of View
- Experience with test equipment: Collimators Interferometers Thermal Chambers and Vibration Tables
- Experience with MSOffice
