As a Gym Assistant Manager you will be the driving force behind our gyms success. You will oversee daily operations ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and spearhead membership growth. Your leadership will foster a positive and motivating atmosphere for both staff and members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead mentor and inspire a diverse team of trainers and comanagers
• Develop and implement innovative strategies to boost membership and personal training sales and retention.
• Ensure the gym is immaculate safe and welcoming at all times.
• Address customer inquiries complaints and feedback with professionalism and care.
• Manage the gyms budget optimizing expenses and maximizing revenue.
• Plan and execute exciting events promotions and fitness programs.
• Maintain accurate records of memberships attendance and financial transactions.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate best practices.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Manager or relevant role (preferred not required)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire members.
• Passion for health and fitness.
• Reliable punctual and professional behavior.
• Exceptional leadership customer service and organizational skills.
• Indepth knowledge of fitness industry trends and best practices.
