We desire friendly organized and dedicated individuals who have a passion for providing superior customer service to our clients. You will communicate with and assist both internal and external customers.
What Youll Do
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Schedule designer appointments for our clients
- Provide timely and accurate information for clients
- Update customer records accurately
- Work together with team members to exceed customer expectations
