How will you make a difference
As an Accountant at ROI Revolution you will use your strong Excel skills and accuracy to maintain multiple monthly revenue spreadsheets and prepare client invoices. You will also lead various functions including Accounts Payable Accounts Receivables and Fixed Asset management. Additionally you will spend about 20 of your time on meaningful businessrelated projects.
What will you do
- Participate in monthly client invoicing
- Maintain complex revenue spreadsheets and manage revenue allocation across multiple services
- Ensure the proper accounting and reporting of employees billable hours through our billing system
- Process accounts payable and maintain vendor accounts
- Ensure that receivables are collected promptly and receive customer payments
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Maintain an orderly accounting filing system
- Serve as the companys Concur expense software administrator and audit employee expense reports
- Maintain companys fixed assets schedules by classifying fixed assets calculating depreciation recording disposals and completing property tax return
- Prepare sales and use tax returns based on reporting requirements
- Participate in monthly and yearend accounting close cycles
- Continuously improve processes to scale with the organization
- Complete ad hoc analyses and other duties as assigned by the Senior Controller
Requirements:
Minimum qualifications are listed below; however stronger skillsets and experience are welcome and rewarded at ROI!
- Bachelors degree in accounting
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving capabilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including the ability to perform V lookups create and work with pivot tables and macros
- EmbodiesROIs core valuesand is willing to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
