Procurement Analyst

Boeing Global Services (BGS) Supplier Management is seekinga Procurement Analyst to join the team in Mesa AZ. This position will focus on supporting the BGS Top Supplier Performance Management team in the Global Parts Solutions organization.

Position Responsibilities:

  • The candidate must possess strong business acumen communication and problemsolving skills.
  • Proactive engagement with various disciplines and program stakeholders is required.
  • Distributes updates and tracks procurement plans for supply chain integration and procurement analysis.
  • Gathers data for supplier performance evaluation and improvement opportunities.
  • Extracts analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performancetoplan.
  • Collaboration with other internal teams to gain process efficiencies and meet the needs of our internal and external customers requirements.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • More than 1 year of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes.
  • More than 1 year of experience in Data Analysis.
  • More than 1 year of experience working in a fastpaced environment with strict deadlines.
  • More than 1 year of experience in a selfdirected role.
  • Communication skills and customer focus are critical to be successful in the role.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelors degree or higher
  • Experience interacting with customers or suppliers
  • Experience using SAP software
