My client a reputable financial services provider is seeking a Client Services Team Leader with a strong client service ethic to join their team based in the Southern Suburbs. This role entails processing of investor transactions and payments regulatory reporting investor reporting conducting KYC and AMLchecks.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation and distribution of reports to investors
- Processing of investor transactions
- Capturing verifying and reconciling investor trades
- Reviewing regulatory disclosures to investors
- Liaising with investors to resolve queries
- Requesting KYC from investors and reviewing documents via a digital KYC solution
- Conducting FICA reviews on new and existing investors
- Preparation review and submission of reports to the regulator
- Liaising with prime brokers management companies and custodians to open bank accounts
- Processing payments via online banking platforms
- Liaising with fund managers to resolve queries
- Preparation of fund minimum disclosure documents
Requirements:
- Minimum of 35 years of experience
- Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail are required
- Strong client service ethic
