Dizzy Bird is vintagediner casual style restaurant that is opening soon! The new exciting restaurant will be lively & energetic whilst offering delicious wings burgers and other food options!
Are you ready to join Dizzy Bird team Were on the hunt for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about serving delicious mouthwatering meals that makes our guests taste buds dance! Position Summary:
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes quality and presentation standards
- Follow a food preparation checklist and establish priority items
- Prepare ingredients for cooking including portioning chopping and storing food before use
- Serve food in proper portions onto proper receptacles
- Maintain organisational skills to ensure your section is clean and runs efficiently throughout each service period
- Ensure all food is prepared and presented in a way that aims to exceed Dizzy Bird Guest expectations
- Wash and disinfect kitchen area tables tools knives and equipment.
- Maintain strong food safety and property standards
About You:
- Trade Industry Qualification or completion of Commercial Cookery Qualification
- Passion for the industry
- Relevant experience in a similar role
- Working rights in Australia
- Enthusiastic to escalate your career
- Selfmotivated driven and energized in a fastpaced environment
