Job Preview at a Glance:
The School and Communitybased therapist is an exciting position where no one day is the same! This staff member delivers solutionfocused and strengthbased services to a caseload of youth kindergarten to 12thgrade. Therapists have office space within the school setting and provide inhome and/or communitybased services to the member and/or family unit. After hired the school and communitybased therapist spends their first two weeks in a supportive training environment then transition to shadowing peers in the field. Therapists provide supportive services to include intakes assessments treatment planning individual counseling case management and psychosocial group interventions.
Location and Schedule:
Positions are available throughout Maricopa County. School and Communitybased therapists provide services Monday through Friday primarily during school and/or business hours. Staff provide school and communitybased programming.
Salary:
Masters level therapists begins at $50000 annually Associate Licensed therapist at $58000 annually and Independent Licensed therapists at $68000 annually. A retention incentive of $5000 is available to be received 1 year after start date for staff in good standing with the company.
Support:
Therapists report to a Licensed Clinical Program Director and Coordinator and also have expert Leads for additional mentorship. Therapists receive free 1:1 clinical supervision and are a part of a supportive interdisciplinary team which meets biweekly. Therapists are invited to an array of ongoing inhouse education opportunities regarding cultural competency and modality building skills.
