The Role

We are currently looking for a HR Manager who will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role involves managing the HR function guiding and managing the management team and fostering a positive work environment.

Key responsibilities

  1. HR Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objective.
    • Provide strategic HR advice to senior management.
    • Support HR Group in implementing adhoc HR projects.

2. Recruitment and Selection:

    • Support the Managers & Manage the recruitment process including job postings interviews and selection of candidates.

3. Employee Relations:

    • Foster a positive working environment and manage with any ER issues accordingly.
    • Implement and maintain company policies and procedures.

4. Performance Management:

    • Oversee performance appraisal systems and drive employee performance management.
    • Develop and implement training and development programs.

5. Compensation and Benefits:

    • Develop and maintain compensation and benefits programs to attract retain and motivate employees.
    • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.

6. Compliance and Legal:

    • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management including aviationspecific regulations.
    • Manage employment procedures such as onboarding offboarding and retirement.

7. HR Metrics and Reporting:

    • Prepare and present HR reports to senior management.

About you

CIPD Level 5 or 7 or equivalent Human Resources qualification.

Minimum 5 years experience in HR.

. Experience in Aviation is an advantage.

Have effective communication & time management skills.

Excellent in problem solving and decision making.

. Good IT skills.
