The Role
We are currently looking for a HR Manager who will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role involves managing the HR function guiding and managing the management team and fostering a positive work environment.
Key responsibilities
- HR Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objective.
- Provide strategic HR advice to senior management.
- Support HR Group in implementing adhoc HR projects.
2. Recruitment and Selection:
- Support the Managers & Manage the recruitment process including job postings interviews and selection of candidates.
3. Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive working environment and manage with any ER issues accordingly.
- Implement and maintain company policies and procedures.
4. Performance Management:
- Oversee performance appraisal systems and drive employee performance management.
- Develop and implement training and development programs.
5. Compensation and Benefits:
- Develop and maintain compensation and benefits programs to attract retain and motivate employees.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
6. Compliance and Legal:
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management including aviationspecific regulations.
- Manage employment procedures such as onboarding offboarding and retirement.
7. HR Metrics and Reporting:
- Prepare and present HR reports to senior management.
About you
CIPD Level 5 or 7 or equivalent Human Resources qualification.
Minimum 5 years experience in HR.
. Experience in Aviation is an advantage.
Have effective communication & time management skills.
Excellent in problem solving and decision making.
