In the Senior Specialist role youll take on more complex functional support tasks playing a significant role in problem resolution and process improvement on the OneSumX for Basel applications (COREP IRRBB) solutions.


You will proactively address customer needs with a higher level of independence ensuring that challenging technical issues are resolved effectively. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve advanced functional issues independently or with minimal supervision

  • Provide indepth functional support and problem resolution to customers

  • Lead the troubleshooting repair and maintenance of products

  • Mentor and support junior support specialists

  • Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements

  • Develop and improve internal support processes and tools

  • Coordinate with engineering teams to resolve productrelated issues

  • Provide input on product functionality and user experience improvements

  • Create detailed technical documentation for complex issues

  • Collaborate on special projects aimed at improving support services

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree (BA or BSc) in Economics or Finance with specialization in Banking Capital Markets

  • Experience: 35 year in a similar role Mathematical and statistical proficiency

  • Knowledge: advanced understanding of financial concepts and banking instruments

  • Good knowledge of Excel

  • Advanced level of English; Other languages are considered an asset

  • Organization: Personal organization is a major factor in your success in the Support domain. It comes beside support team methodology

  • Writing capacity: Ability to describe a concern (issue enhancement Knowledge Base article mails in a clear accurate and synthetic style

  • Team player

  • Persevering: some issues may require repetitive trials & tests

  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

  • Responsible methodical and organized

  • Selflearner

  • Assertive being able to make expert decisions based on personal judgement
