We are now offering a role as a Key Account Manager with the mission to develop longterm relationships with big strategic customers across all customer segments or defined number of segments and covering the entire professional product portfolio in postcodes BS CF GL HR LD NP SA with a clear enduser focus either direct or indirect.

The Key Account Manager will liaise between customers and crossfunctional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs. He/she will manage and develop client accounts to initiate and maintain favorable relationship with clients as well as support large customers on local level with support from Direct Sales Manager.

Main responsibilities:

  • Pursue sales leads visit existing customers assess customers needs and suggest appropriate products and services promote products and conclude orders.
  • Respond to customers enquiries negotiate prices and delivery times within limits of authority and concluded sales orders to meet revenue targets. Be primary point of contact and build long term relationships with customers.
  • Identify research and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business.
  • Refer sales leads customer feedback and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization so that they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands.
  • Establish annual quarterly monthly or weekly sales plans and prioritize and schedule own activities so these targets are met. Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal/external stakeholders. Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Make offers update digital customer files provide weekly information about pipeline to be used for best guess.

Requirements:

  • Excellent relationship building
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as fluent in English
  • Excellent listening negotiation and presentation skills
  • Time management and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Driving license and willing to travel
