The Role:
As a Customer Relations expert in renewable energy you will be the face of BluewaterEnergy engaging potential clients with a consultative approach understandingtheir energy needs and providing tailored energy solutions that drive bothenvironmental and economic you will plan and coordinate administrative efforts andinformation for their various Customer Service Representativewill work under the Sales Manager with exposureto different types of renewable a Sales Representative ensures any required documentation isobtained and maintained throughout the length of the project organizescommunications with clients and crews analyzes project data and producesprogress reports as required.

A Day in the Life
- Prospecting and Lead Generation
- Research and identify potential leads using CRMsystems online databases and other resources.
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as salesopportunities.
- Coldcall potential clients to gauge interest andgenerate new sales opportunities
- Sales Activitie
- Handle inbound sales calls and inquiries frompotential clients
- Timely preparation of quotations and project proposals
- Conduct project presentations in person over thephone or via video calls.
- Respond to clients questions handle objections andprovide clarifications
- Close sales and achieve set quarterly and annual salestargets.
- Client Management
- Maintain regular contact with the sales pipeline tomove leads through the sales cycle.
- Build and maintain strong longlasting customerrelationships.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutionsaccording to customer needs and objectives.
- CRM and Database Management
- Update and manage all sales activities notes anddata in the CRM software.
- Track and measure daily weekly and monthly salesmetrics and report on them.
- Ensure that all customer communication is logged andrecords are uptodate.
- Collaboration
- Coordinate with various members of the BluewaterEnergy Team to facilitate and support their selling efforts.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify bestpractices and strategies to improve sales performance.
- Collaborate with the technical teams to address project/ productrelated queries.
- Product Knowledge
- Stay updated on product features benefits andpricing.
- Attend regular training sessions and workshops to gaina deeper understanding of the product or service.
- Relay customer feedback to product teams forcontinuous product improvement.
- AfterSales Activities:
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction andgather feedback.
- Resolve any potential issues to ensure customersatisfaction.
- Upsell or crosssell services and products whenappropriate.
- Reporting:
- Prepare weekly monthly or quarterly sales reportsand present to the management team.
- Analyze sales trends to determine future salesstrategies and areas of improvement.
- Professional Development:
- Attend sales training programs and webinars to improveselling techniques and product knowledge
- Continuously learn about the industry market trendsand competitor activities
Qualifications:
- Post Secondary Education in SalesBusiness Development or Customer Relations
- 3 years of Customer Relations
- Strong proficiency in Outlook MS WordMS Excell PowerPoint
- Must be comfortable using CRM
- Must have excellent organizationaladministrative communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid Ontario Drivers License
