Job Profile Summary
The team is responsible for client and internal cross business unit collaboration to design solution test implement and maintain data and reporting solutions that meet the requirements of external clients and internal partners. The team works closely with software developers and endusers throughout the software development cycle.
Uses specific knowledge of a discipline to achieve goals through own work. Has specific knowledge or expertise typically gained through formal education or equivalent experience. Uses expertise to provide guidance to others as a project manager or consultant. May lead projects or project steps within a broader project or may have accountability for ongoing activities or objectives. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
Major Duties:
Solves complex problems
Takes a new perspective on existing solutions
Exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information Impacts a range of customer operational project or service activities within own team and other related teams
Work closely with clients business owners and SMEs to help capture and formalize client requirements for data needs
Rapidly iterate prototype and implement data visualizations using advanced design and development skills
Analyze interpret and model data (Conceptually and Logically)
Support the design and development of maintainable highperformance applications from conception through sustainment focusing on frontend visualization capabilities
Build intuitive interfaces visualizations and analytic dashboards to provide insights
Interact with technology and operations to formulate and implement solutions to enhance existing services create new client deliverables or improve processes. Identify impact of changes and processes on teams manage expectations and drive ; facilitate acceptance of change through training and communication. Provide ongoing support for the solution
Explore new technologies and learn new skills to continuously improve the way we operate
Develop novel data solutions to drive selfservice and make data easily accessible to clients and internal partners
Perform functional and regression testing for ongoing developments
Work on small teams to conceptualize design develop test and harden for deployment advance analytics e.g. utilizing Python VBA Excel and other tools. Works within broad guidelines and policies
Knowledge:
Requires indepth conceptual and practical knowledge in own job discipline and basic knowledge of related job disciplines Applies best practices and how own area integrates with others Is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market
Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus
Knowledge and understanding databases and data structures accompanied with strong analytical skills
Strong familiarity with data warehouse design principles including dimensional modeling
Clear and concise business communication
Deep familiarity with thirdparty BI software such as Tableau and Power BI to design and build rich informative data visualizations
Experience with Microsoft SQL R and Python.
Experience accessing manipulating and interpreting data to inform decisionmaking. Working with large multidimensional data sets to uncover meaningful insights
Knowledge of the best practices for implementation and integration with data visualization frameworks Knowledge of systems and technological capabilities usually acquired through formal training or experience
Advanced analytical and communication skills are required to evaluate effectiveness of processes and to redesign or implement changes
Adaptive flexible style able to work in a dynamic fastpaced environment Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong multitasking and problemsolving skills Excellent organizational skills
Experience:

Salary Range:
$USDSalary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
