Job Description

Amazon Live operates at the intersection of content commerce and community bringing stories to life through video content on Amazon Live. We are seeking a Sr. Brand Success Manager responsible for spearheading the strategy and of Amazon Lives Brand Success initiatives in international markets. This customerobsessed leader will combine best practices from the US Brand Success program with deep knowledge of international sales to build scalable standard operating procedures and oversee all international campaign . They will work closely with the international sales team to drive advertiser success and continuously optimize operational workflows. This position will flex and grow as we expand to more international markets so the ideal candidate will demonstrate strong ownership bias for action and an entrepreneurial mindset. Were looking for someone who can think like a founder identify opportunities for growth and drive innovative solutions in this rapidly evolving space.

Key job responsibilities
Develop and execute the overall brand success strategy for Amazon Lives international markets leveraging data and insights to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement
Manage endtoend campaign delivery for international campaigns ensuring seamless and maximum impact
Partner closely with the international sales team to understand market dynamics customer needs and sales pipeline translating this into effective brand solutions and campaign strategies
Serve as a subject matter expert providing technical expertise and strategic guidance to international advertisers on the Amazon Live platform from ideation to
Bridge gaps in team dynamics processes and systems to enable efficient and effective collaboration across regions
Lead crossfunctional collaboration with product content and operations teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and maximum impact
Establish scalable standard operating procedures training programs and knowledgesharing practices to enable the international teams success
Continuously analyze campaign performance data and customer feedback to identify areas for optimization and innovation
Stay abreast of market trends and competitive landscape to proactively recommend new brand solutions and features

About the team
Amazon Shopping Videos (ASV) is a fastgrowing business focused on enabling customers to find inspiration information entertainment and community through videos at any point in their shopping journey. More than ever shoppers worldwide use video (on demand and livestreams) to discover products research and make more informed purchase decisions and engage with creators and communities they trust.

7 years of experience in a senior brand marketing or account management role with a strong track record of driving results in complex crossfunctional environments
Expertise in developing and implementing successful brand strategies preferably in the ecommerce or media/entertainment space
Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders
Analytical mindset with the capability to derive insights from data and research to inform strategic decisionmaking
Familiarity with international sales processes market dynamics and cultural nuances

Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross functional teams across geographies and business units
Experience working with technical and product stakeholders to define requirements prioritize features and influence product roadmaps
