What You Will Do:
- Craft responsive and intuitive web interfaces using HTML CSS and JavaScript;
- Create engaging and efficient user experiences and run A/B testing experiments to test it;
- Develop internal tools for process automation web sing and analytical purposes;
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices to suggest improvements and innovative solutions;
- Strive to enhance website performance by focusing on Core Web Vitals ensuring that specific measurable metrics are met and improved.
What We Expect:
- Proven experience as a fullstack developer;
- Proficiency in PHP (Laravel) HTML CSS JavaScript and responsive design;
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git) and package managers;
- Solid understanding of website performance optimisation techniques;
- Ability to collaborate effectively with designers content creators and other developers;
- Excellent communication skills a proactive attitude strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail;
- Proficiency in thirdparty integrations/APIs
- Prior experience with AI integration (such as GPT Midjourney etc. is considered a strong advantage;
- Knowledge of SEO best practices would be considered an advantage;
- Previous work with adtech and hightraffic websites would be considered an advantage.
- Expertise in WordPress development;

Salary: eur/gross. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience. We are committed to attracting the best talent and are open to negotiating salaries above this range.
