The role

We are seeking a highperforming experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive new logos in the enterprise SaaS sector.

The ideal candidate is a skilled new business hunter and experienced in selling solutions to Director and CSuite decisionmakers. You should have demonstrable expertise in enterprise consultative sales including strong sales acumen and SaaS experience. Familiarity within the ESG space is highly valued.

Key responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Establish customer needs build rapport and align Sedex products and services to those needs.
  • Sales Performance: Exceed new business sales quotas and meet daily KPIs through proactive sales calls and meetings including strong pipeline management.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations postrequirement gathering.
  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and create new business opportunities through prospecting territory management and effective qualification of leads.
  • Communication: Respond to internal and external inquiries promptly and professionally and maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Contribute to market research customer segmentation competitive analysis and collaborate with Marketing on lead generation campaigns.
  • External Representation: Represent Sedex at events and meetings and support additional sales and market research activities as needed.


Knowledge Skills & Experience

  • B2B Sales Experience: Preferably in the SaaS sector.
  • Passion for Sustainability and ESG.
  • Experience in new business generation consistently exceeding sales targets and meeting deadlines in KPIdriven environments. Proven ability to create and implement comprehensive new business sales plans.
  • Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills: Excellent presentation abilities and confidence in client interactions.
  • TargetDriven: A clear understanding of personal KPIs and how they contribute to overall sales plans.
  • Client Proposal Experience: Ability to develop ROIdriven and solutionfocused proposals for clients.
  • Revenue Forecasting: Strong forecasting skills for sales pipelines.
  • Team Player: Motivated collaborative and able to work effectively within a dynamic sales team.
