About the Bitrefill Card
The Bitrefill Card is a physical and virtual debit card available to those eligible in several European countries. It can be topped up with cryptocurrencies enabling the use of cryptocurrencies in peoples daily lives and purchases.

YOUR MISSION:

As the Marketing Manager for Bitrefill Card your mission is to drive growth and adoption of the product using datadriven marketing strategies.

Through market research youll identify customer needs and untapped opportunities fueling our marketing campaigns and influencing product development. Youll strengthen key industry relationships promoting strategic partnerships that extend our reach. Ultimately your role is pivotal in fostering Bitrefills growth enhancing user satisfaction and solidifying our standing in the digital currency market.

Exploration Budget
In addition to all perks and marketing budgets you will have a personal 1000 per month Exploration Budget to visit different countries and cities of your choosing in Europe to attend conferences parties meetups stores and learn more about our customers by exploring their cultures while you also test the Bitrefill Card as must as possible.

This job is a fulltime position.

WHAT YOULL DO:

• Plan and Execute Marketing Strategies: Develop and launch marketing campaigns that attract and retain users set clear goals and KPIs and then hit them.
• Own the Project from Start to Finish: Take full responsibility for marketing the Bitrefill Card. Coordinate with different teams but be ready to get things done independently.
• Leverage Your Secret Weapon: Bring your standout skillwhether its data analysis SEO referral programs or community buildingand make a real impact.
• Get into the Data: Analyze campaign performance and user behavior to make datadriven decisions. Adjust strategies based on whats working and whats not.
• Get into the Minds of Our Users: Understand what our customers truly need and what motivates them. Conduct research collect feedback maintain connections with user sentiments and share your knowledge within the company.
• Drive Growth Initiatives: Design and implement referral programs and other growth hacks. Always be on the lookout for new ways to grow our user base.

WHO YOU ARE:

• Based in Europe. Likely to use the Bitrefill Card daily.
• A proven leader or key contributor in successful marketing campaigns with the ability to explain exactly why certain strategies worked while others didntand quick to adapt these insights to our business needs.
• Knowledgeable about your marketing segment able to articulate user needs and the competitive landscape and demonstrate a genuine passion for mastering and sharing this information.
• Critical and strategic in evaluating marketing channels understanding the pros and cons of each familiar with best practices for tracking effectiveness and comfortable challenging common myths or overly simplistic approaches.
• Tshaped in your skill set with deep expertise in a specific area (such as SEO social media management or data analysis) complemented by a broad understanding of other fields. You apply an analytical and financial mindset to uncover real customer needs ensuring that strategies are datadriven and financially sound.
• Proficient in using analytics tools able to discuss both their strengths and limitations and articulate what additional features would enhance their utility.
• Experienced in remote team management with a track record of effective communication and handson examples of how you ensure seamless coordination with both internal teams and external partners.
