Job Title: IT Business Analyst

Job Duties:
Project Management / Business Analysis
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation including proposals schedules change requests and closure reports.
- Elicit develop and document project requirements; analyze and organize them for clarity and action.
- Create detailed technical specifications software test plans and user guides.
- Conduct thorough quality assurance testing to ensure software system reliability and adherence to requirements.
- Maintain and update all documentation related to application processes and workflows.
- Train users on new and existing software systems to ensure optimal use and adoption.
- Create and manage RFP RFB and ETB project documentation
- Vendor Collaboration and Software Configuration
- Collaborate with vendors on project deliverables and manage issue resolution to ensure project success.
- Configure and manage vended software systems.
- Lead and participate in product implementations in partnership with vendors.
- Implement system changes through administrative interfaces excluding coding activities.
- User Management and Support
- Actively setup and support Board of Supervisor meetings.
- Provide user management services including troubleshooting issue resolution and ongoing assistance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for softwarerelated issues ensuring swift and effective user support.

- Seeking a selfstarter with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Experience working with seniorlevel stakeholders is a plus
- Willing to learn new systems

- Ability to interpret complex data and present it clearly to stakeholders
