Job Description
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver complex projects within the mechanical industry specifically focusing on jigs and tools. You will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle ensuring timely and highquality delivery while closely monitoring project financials.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the projects ranging from €5 to €10 million
Ensure ontime delivery and maintain the highest standards of quality
Collaborate directly with the CEO and crossfunctional teams to align project with strategic objectives
Take ownership of project financial performance including profit & loss analysis
Support sales efforts including participation in tenders RFIs and CFTs
Build and nurture longterm customer relationships
Provide insights and feedback to develop business opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications & Skills
Extensive experience managing largescale industrial or mechanical projects particularly in jigs and tools
Strong understanding of project financials and profitability management
Fluency in German and English (French is a plus)
Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working in a hybrid setup with at least 4 days per week onsite
