Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a Procurement and Stock Controller for a luxury dining establishment based in St Francis. This is an exciting opportunity for a detailoriented individual with strong experience in restaurant and hotel stock management to join a highend hospitality team.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage full stock control processes for the restaurant and hotel operations
Handle procurement of goods and supplies ensuring quality and cost efficiency
Monitor and maintain inventory levels conducting regular stock takes
Prepare and analyze COS (Cost of Sales) and GP% (Gross Profit Percentage) reports
Implement and enforce effective stock procedures to minimize waste and loss
Maintain accurate records of all purchasing and stock movement
Collaborate closely with kitchen and management teams to ensure operational needs are met
Travel between the St Francis property and the PE store as required
Requirements:
Proven experience in procurement and stock control within the hospitality industry
Strong knowledge of inventory systems COS and GP% reporting
Excellent organizational analytical and numerical skills
High level of attention to detail and ability to work independently
Willingness to be based in St Francis and regularly travel to Port Elizabeth (PE)
Reliable proactive and committed to upholding operational standards
