Viking Assistance Group is a leading roadside and travel assistance company in the Nordics. Our new business area Viking Travel Care provides travel and medical assistance 24/7 365 days a year for travellers and employees stationed abroad anywhere in the world.
We are now expanding and are hiring Nordic Assistance Coordinators to our offices in Torrevieja and Fuengirola. We are looking for Norwegian Swedish Finnish and Danish candidates.

About the job
Your job is to listen to the customers need collect information give answers about insurance coverage refer the customer to a doctor/clinic and to collaborate with our partners in the insurance and assistance business. The tasks should be carried out giving excellent customer service and ensuring that the customer gets the necessary assistance. Full training will be given. Good career opportunities!
