Overview:
We are looking for a highly detailoriented and Creative Content & Quality Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for developing compelling content proofing and reviewing creative assets and ensuring highquality across all marketing strategy and advertising materials. The ideal candidate has a strong writing background a keen eye for visual design and the ability to ensure flawless brandconsistent work across multiple formats including advertising copy digital assets and presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Development & Copywriting:
Write and refine engaging content including:
Presentations (storytelling copy clarity and visual flow).
Print digital and social media ads that align with brand messaging.
TV radio and digital scripts for promotional campaigns.
Email marketing content brochures and website copy.
Collaborate with designers account team and marketing strategists to ensure messaging is clear compelling and visually effective.
Adapt content for different audiences ensuring a strong narrative flow.
Proofing Reviewing & Quality Control:
Conduct final proofing of all creative assets before release to ensure:
Flawless spelling grammar and clarity in all written content.
Brand consistency across presentations marketing materials and advertisements.
Visual accuracy including proper logo placement alignment spacing and overall readability.
Visually clear wellstructured and professionally formatted.
Project Management and Collaboration:
Work on a diverse range of creative projects supporting both client campaigns and internal brand initiatives.
Partner with designers account team and brand strategists to streamline content and review processes.
Provide feedback to ensure all written and visual content aligns with the brand s voice and design guidelines.
Contribute to the organization of media and video files.
Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Marketing Communications).
3 years of experience in content creation copywriting editorial review or marketing proofing.
Strong writing skills with experience developing content for ads marketing and presentations.
Excellent proofreading editing and attention to detail ability to spot textual and visual inconsistencies.
Strong understanding of visual composition branding and design best practices.
Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat Microsoft 365 Sharepoint Teams Powerpoint and project management tools (Wrike Asana).
Ability to multitask manage deadlines and communicate effectively in a fastpaced environment.
Education
Bachelor s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
