Role Summary
As a Consultant in Advisory Services you will play a key role in leading project workstreams and contributing to endtoend transformation initiatives from strategy through to implementation. You will work closely with senior advisors clients and stakeholders to assess HR functions design fitforpurpose operating models define technology enablement strategies and support change and adoption.
You ll bring a combination of analytical thinking project delivery experience and a passion for the future of HR and Payroll. This is a handson role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to grow their expertise in human capital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement
Lead client workshops and meetings facilitating discussions and gathering complex requirements documentation.
Facilitate software and/or professional services selection cycle from definition documentation evaluation and negotiation.
Collaborate with clients to understand challenges gather requirements and cocreate practical peoplefocused solutions.
Develop and deliver highquality client presentations and deliverables.
Build and maintain strong trusted client relationships acting as a key point of contact.
HR Time Management & Payroll Transformation Projects
Lead and support the delivery of HR transformation projects including strategy operating model design process optimization and change management
Conduct thorough current state assessments including data gathering process mapping systems analysis and stakeholder interviews.
Translate client needs into clear requirements identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Conduct indepth research and analysis on HR best practices trends and technologies providing strategic recommendations.
Provide insight into leading HR and payroll practices technologies and vendor solutions in the market (e.g. Workday SuccessFactors Dayforce Oracle UKG ADP).
Develop comprehensive HR transformation strategies and roadmaps tailored to client needs.
Lead the design and implementation of complex HR Time Management & Payroll processes policies and systems.
Develop and execute change management plans and communication strategies ensuring successful adoption.
Conduct advanced data analysis and reporting providing actionable insights.
Project Management
Support project planning and ensuring timely delivery of tasks.
Maintain project documentation and track progress.
Identify and mitigate project risks proactively addressing potential issues.
Internal Development
Contribute to the development and refinement of internal tools methodologies and knowledge sharing.
Support business development by contributing to proposals presentations and client conversations.
Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices contributing to thought leadership.
Identify opportunities for accelerators AI tools and other assets that our client and services can benefit from
What We re Looking For
Bachelor s degree in HR Business Administration technology or a related field.
35 years of progressive experience in HR consulting or a related field.
Strong understanding of HR and payroll functions (e.g. recruitment onboarding compensation benefits time & attendance employee data compliance payroll cycles).
Experience with HRIS and payroll platforms (e.g. Dayforce ADP SAP SuccessFactors Workday UKG Oracle HCM) and how they support functional domains.
Experience analyzing current state environments gathering requirements and working across business and IT stakeholders.
Strong analytical problemsolving and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and comfort engaging with senior stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient with MS Office tools (PowerPoint Excel Word) and collaboration platforms (e.g. Miro Teams SharePoint).
Bilingualism in French and English is a strong asset.
