What you will be doing:
- Engage in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions including acquisition leasing development and finance.
- Handle a wide array of transactional matters including drafting reviewing and negotiating sale and purchase agreements.
- Draft and negotiate commercial leases and developmentrelated agreements.
- Prepare loan documents and manage related diligence efforts such as title and survey reviews.
Experience you will need:
- Strong academic background and analytical skills.
- Positive attitude and experience in a large regional or national law firm.
- Desire to work on a range of real estate transactions with direct client contact including national transactions.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Admitted to practice in Virginia or eligible for reciprocal admission to the Virginia Bar.
- At least 3 years of commercial real estate transactional experience.
