- Maintain seamless daily operations and proactively resolve any departmental issues.

- Supervise department managers to ensure efficient team coordination and productivity.
- Facilitate training initiatives and skillbuilding programs to uphold exceptional service levels.
- Manage staff performance reviews corrective measures and mediation when required.
3. Financial Oversight & Growth
- Contribute to budget preparation financial projections and strategic planning.
- Analyze revenue performance optimize expenses and execute profitboosting tactics.
- Uphold financial protocols and regulatory compliance.
4. Guest Experience & Service Excellence
- Resolve guest complaints swiftly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
- Deliver tailored service to foster outstanding guest experiences and loyalty.
- Coordinate VIP accommodation and unique guest requests.
5. Sales Marketing & Strategic Growth
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to drive resort promotions and bookings.
- Support the creation of advertising initiatives collaborations and special events.
- Assess industry trends and competitor strategies to refine business approaches.
6. Regulatory & Safety Compliance
- Enforce health safety and environmental policies in line with legal standards.
- Ensure resort operations meet industry benchmarks and organizational guidelines.
- Supervise security protocols and emergency response procedures.
7. Reporting & Strategic Support
- Generate operational analyses and provide actionable recommendations to the General Manager.
- Document financial data guest reviews and employee performance metrics accurately.
- Contribute to longterm planning and executive decisionmaking.

Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in resort or hotel management.
- Strong leadership communication and problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and financial systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic operational needs.
