Job Description
Become our clients Project Manager Game Development and lead the full lifecycle of an ambitious MMORPG project. Youll define the roadmap consult on key decisions coordinate crossfunctional teams and enforce best practices to ensure smooth delivering on scope budget and timelines while shaping a globally impactful gaming experience.
Shift: Day Shift 9am 6pm VN time)
Work Setup: Permanent Work From Home
- Leading and overseeing the project roadmap including defining milestones and deliverables
- Consulting on the game development process and advising leadership on best practices for building an MMORPG
- Collaborating with game designers developers and artists to ensure smooth development progress
- Defining workflows pipelines and development methodologies (Agile Scrum etc. suited to the team s structure
- Identifying and mitigating risks in production schedules and technical challenges
- Managing team communication to ensure alignment across programming art design and QA disciplines
- Overseeing task prioritization to keep developers focused on highimpact areas
- Assisting in hiring and structuring the development team to bring in the right talent
- Tracking development progress and optimizing resource allocation to stay within budget
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
- Minimum of 5 years experience in game development project management
- Proven track record of leading a game development team (preferably on an MMORPG or online multiplayer project
- Strong understanding of game production pipelines development cycles and liveservice operations
- Familiarity with Unreal Engine 4/5 development workflows
- Experience applying Agile Scrum or Kanban methodologies in game production
- Ability to consult and guide teams with limited prior experience in game creation
- Excellent leadership organizational and communication skills
- Ability to anticipate challenges prioritize effectively and keep development on track
Nice to Have
- Experience shaping earlystage game projects from concept to full production
- Familiarity with MMORPGspecific challenges such as networking content pipelines and monetization
- Experience managing remote teams across multiple regions
- Understanding of budgeting funding strategies and game production costs
