Job Opening: Senior Sales Executive Sponsorship
Location: Delhi India
Experience: 3 7 Years

Join a leading advisory body to the Ministry of Labour and Employment collaborating with various ministries across state and central.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and resultsdriven Senior Sales Executive to drive booth sales and secure sponsorships for our events. This role demands strong lead generation proposal drafting and negotiation skills to foster relationships with potential clients and sponsors ensuring the success of our events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads for booth sales and event sponsorships through research networking and outreach.
- Create compelling proposals tailored to prospective clients and sponsors emphasizing the value of partnering with our events.
- Negotiate terms pricing and agreements with clients and sponsors to effectively close deals.
- Manage endtoend sales processes for reports and sponsorship packages.
- Cultivate and maintain longterm relationships with clients sponsors and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the events team to ensure seamless of booth setups and sponsor deliverables.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of our event initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in lead generation proposal drafting and negotiation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Selfmotivated targetoriented and capable of working independently.
- Knowledge of the HR events industry is a plus.
Requirements
- 5 7 years of relevant sales experience preferably in event management sponsorship sales or B2B sales
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) for drafting proposals and presentations.
- Based in Delhi with willingness to travel for events as required
